Products

We sell premium perfumes, oud and fragrance gift boxes. We try to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but small differences in packaging or shade can happen. Fragrance can feel different on each person’s skin.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD $) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your full card details.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the payment looks fraudulent; in such cases you get a full refund.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, try to break its security or copy its content, photos or designs without permission. All brand names, logos and content belong to Al Aswad Dubai.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Perfumes are for external use only; do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and keep away from eyes, flames and children.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
