Shipping & delivery policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026. We ship worldwide, including India, the GCC, the UK, Europe and North America.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).

Delivery time

• Within India: usually delivered in 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• International: usually delivered in 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on the country and customs. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the customer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you get the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also check status any time using “Track order” on our website.

Delays and wrong address

Delivery can sometimes be delayed by weather, courier issues or customs. Please give a full and correct address and phone number; if a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, re-shipping is charged again.
