Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 93704 17863) or email with your order ID. You get a full refund.
- Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the returns rules below still apply.
- If we cancel your order (for example, out of stock) you get a full refund.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked or with the wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with photos and an unboxing video, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Unopened products in original sealed packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.
