Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026. We want every student to be happy with their course. That is why every course has a free demo class before you pay.

Courses

• Before the first class of your batch: full refund, no questions asked.
• After classes have started: fees are not refundable, but you may move to the next batch once, free of charge, if you tell us within 7 days of the first class.
• Recorded courses (AI Masterclass): full refund if requested before the lessons open and before you access any lesson.
• If we cancel or postpone a batch: you choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch.
• Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.

Products (Al Aswad Dubai, ScentKart, Bareerah Naturals)

• If a product arrives damaged or wrong, send an unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
• For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes and food products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or wrong.

Donations

Support given through the website is a voluntary contribution and is not refundable, except for duplicate or mistaken payments.

How to ask for a refund

Send a WhatsApp message to +91 92725 27913 or email quranicscience01@gmail.com with your name, course or order, and payment screenshot. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
