Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 93704 17863) or email with your order ID. You get a full refund.
- Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the returns rules below still apply.
- If we cancel your order (for example, out of stock) you get a full refund.
Returns
Because these are food and personal-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If your item arrives damaged, leaked, expired or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with photos (an unboxing video helps), and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.
